Before starting the machine, Lube the main worm gear box with 200 to 250 ml. Lubricating Oil Number 90 and the Outer gear box with grease.
Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1/16” or 1.5mm between blades and mouth piece.
You can chaff Sugarcane, Jawar, Maize, Barseen both dry and green.

Description
RB2 MODEL is meant for cutting all kinds of dry & green fodder into small pieces for cattle. These are so designed with a view to totally eliminate the wastage of fodder. The chopped fodder also becomes more digestible and makes it easier for animals to swallow.single phase electric motor and can be operated manually in absence of power. It is mounted on heavy M.S legs and braces with forged feet having holes so that the machine can be properly bolted onto the flooring. The main shaft holds the fly wheel which has two cutting blades and run on two ball bearings and further gives drive to the feed roller. The machine has a rising mouth with a controller by means of springs to accommodate changes in the amount of Chaff being fed. The feed rollers are designed in such a manner that these give slip free motion of the Chaff. The machine is fitted with a separateble mouth piece which can be easily replaced when it wears out. The machine is supplied with feeding chute spanner and Wooden Handle for easier hand operation. Barseem, Sugarcane, Grass, Groundnut etc. These machines are also useful for Dairy Farms, Mushroom Farms & Jute Industries etc. where chopping is required.
