Before starting the machine, Lube the main worm gear box with 200 to 250 ml. Lubricating Oil Number 90 and the Outer gear box with grease.
Always keep the blades sharp. Keep a distance of 1/16” or 1.5mm between blades and mouth piece.
You can chaff Sugarcane, Jawar, Maize, Barseen both dry and green.

Description RSP400 MODEL is meant for cutting all kinds of dry & green fodder into small pieces for Silage and direct feeding. These are so designed with a view to totally eliminate the wastage of fodder. The fine cutted silage also becomes more digestible and makes it easier for animals to swallow. 20 HP electric motor can be installed in absence of Tractor. It is mounted on heavy Steel frame to provide more stability. It has four cutting blades made of high Shock reliable steel. The machine has two speed options to change the Chaff's cutting. The feed rollers are designed in such a manner that these give slip free motion of the Chaff. The machine is specially designed to process Sugarcane, Grass, maize, dry hay very smoothly.
